About this site
According to their website, RECOUP is a "one of its kind Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation Centre in India, with seven branches in Bangalore and one each in Hyderabad, New Delhi and Pune". RECOUP "specialises in the prevention, assessment, treatment and research of Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), other Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD), and Childhood Disabilities through a holistic, physician led, multidisciplinary approach".
This website has been set up to provide an alternative view of RECOUP and Dr Sharan and is written by patients who have spent a large amount of time at the main clinic in Bangalore.
We hope that by sharing our experiences we will enable potential overseas RSI patients of RECOUP to avoid the negative experiences we had and find alternative treatment elsewhere.
This is a personal project set up and maintained for free by former RECOUP patients. It is hoped this site will continue to evolve and grow into a valuable resource for those needing advice on treatment for RSI and other musculoskeletal disorders.
