Information about RECOUP by people who've actually been there

Below you'll find some rules and posting guidelines for the RECOUP Patients Forum.

1. Show courtesy and respect to other forum members.
Please avoid offensive behaviour, welcome newcomers, and help forum members just as they would like to help you.

2. Do not post false or misleading information, illegal and/or offensive content.
Keep posts on-topic, constructive, family-friendly and of general interest. All links to hosting services with illegal or offensive content will be deleted without notification.

3. Avoid suspicious member names.
Domainnames, URLs and Keywords instead of names are not allowed. Users with member names that look like a commercial or may serve any advertising purposes will be removed without notification.

4. Self-promotion and affiliate links are not welcome.
Of course, you can link to your blog if it complements the ongoing discussion, but don't link to it for the sake of it. Links in signatures are allowed, however you may use at most 2 links in your signature.

5. Post in the right forum.
Please choose the appropriate board to post to. It saves our administrators a lot of work and makes it easier for other forum members to leave a helpful comment on your message, question or problem.

6. Do not spam or double post.
Don't write the same message more than once. Use "Edit" instead if necessary.

7. Keep personal information private.
Never post personal information such as phone numbers, credit card numbers, addresses, etc. Messages containing personal information may be edited or removed from the forum.

8. The administrators reserve the right to edit, remove or put on moderation queue any post or thread at any time. The determination of what is construed as illegal, offensive, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to the administrators and not users.
